He is survived by: his wife Tammy Welch of Booneville; his children, Rodriquez Reaves of Memphis, Jeffrey Welch of Booneville, Jalissa Welch of Tuscumbia, AL and Jandela Welch of Booneville; his father Tom Welch of Booneville; his siblings, Rochaun Welch (Sheranda), Cedric Jeffries of Holly Springs, Yvette Welch of Booneville and Vangular Welch of Chicago; his grandchild Zipporah Tensley; and his mother-in-law Teresa Smith.
