He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Arlis Scott and Elsie Bessie Prather Scott; his siblings, Junior Scott, Freddy Scott and Reba Shook; his grandson Tyler Scott; and his in-laws, James Walter Gambill and Martha West Gambill Sisk (Frank).
He is survived by: his wife Ann Gambill Scott; his daughters, Melissa Scott of Booneville, Renay Lowery (Charles) of Booneville and Brandi Scott of Booneville; and his sister Sue Bailey of Oakland, TN. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
