She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Jack and Ivy Onada Mathis Roberts; and her sister Brenda Bennett. She is survived by: her husband Clinton Jack Smith; her children, Amy Smith Crawford (Jason) and Jason C. Smith; and her grandchildren, Jackson, Josie and Jessa Kate Crawford.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Prentiss Baptist Association Food Ministry or to Wheeler Baptist Church.
