He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Dragoo and Helen Dragoo; his wife Marian Dragoo; and his siblings, Sam, Sandy, Steve Dragoo, Susan Howell, Shirley Sheward and Sarah Dragoo.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph Scott Dragoo of Booneville, Wayne Jernigan (Dorothy) of Fayette and Karen Jernigan of Pontotoc. He is also survived by Grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
