She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Cleveland and Bessie Cleveland; her husband Edsel Lee Stanley; her daughter Linda Faye Stanley; her son-in-law Terry Richardson; and her siblings, Lena Jacobs, Lemer Beam, Retha McKinney, Ruby Dillard, Mae Dall Cleveland, Vernon Cleveland, Wheeler Cleveland, Frank Cleveland, Lewis Cleveland, Roy Cleveland and Earnie Barrett.

She is survived by: her children, Truman Stanley (Susan), Billy Stanley (Ann), Rickey Stanley (Diana) and Barbara Richardson; and her grandchildren, Cindy Stanley, Marsha Roberson (Nathan), Brian Stanley (Callie), Wesley Stanley, Timmy Richardson, Cody Richardson (Brittany) and Chance Stanley (Alexa). She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; one step granddaughter; four step great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
