He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Headings and Alice Headings. He is survived by: his wife Mattie Headings; his children, Clay Perry, Tina Stricklen (Jeff) and Connie Tennison (Curtis); his siblings, Randy Headings and Jill Headings; his niece Juliana Campbell (Tyler); and his nephew Captain Drew Headings (Hillary). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
