She is survived by: her husband Dr. Joseph Putnam; her son Matthew Putnam (Jamieson) of Booneville, MS; her siblings, Cary Smith (Carol Ann) of Lebanon, TN and Marian Joseph (Billy) of Montgomery, AL; and her grandchildren, John Thomas Putnam, McClane Lindsey and Jadyn Lindsey of Booneville, MS..
