He was predeceased by: his parents, David Mooney and Virginia Mooney; and his brother Scott Mooney. He is survived by: his children, Tara Randol (Jimmy) of Oklahoma and John Mooney of Oklahoma; his siblings, Ricky Mooney of Oklahoma and Pam Power of Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Hunter Mooney of Oklahoma, Cameron Mooney of Oklahoma, Michael Randol of Oklahoma and Andrew Randol of Oklahoma.
