We are sad to announce that on July 29, 2022, at the age of 84, Max Phillips of Booneville, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Jane Arnold Goodwin Phillips; his sisters, Kathleen Crowe, Margie Cox and Anita Sue Phillips; and his brothers-in-law, Cole, Cecil Vick and Joe Robert Cox.
He is survived by: his sisters, Diane Cox (Rudy), Inez Cole, Geraldine Vick and Emogene Carpenter; his close friend Hannah Chappell (Gage); his stepchildren, Dr. Ken Goodwin (Teresa) and Liz Goodwin Phillips (Ronnie); and his stepgrandchildren, Leslie, Wesley, Anna Kate, Conner and Caroline.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to a charity of your choice.
