It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lila Jean Woodruff Blassingame (Booneville, Mississippi), who passed away on September 19, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Blassingame; her children, Patsy Martin, Jeffrey Treece, Jimmy Guy Blassingame and Eddie Treece; and her granddaughter Nancy Calvery.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy June Ross (Gary), Steve Treece (Annett), Jackie Thomasson (David) and Scott Blassingame (Amy); her brother Elder Cecil Woodruff (Willa); and her children-in-law, Shirley Blassingame, Sherri Treece and Terry Martin. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, ten great-greatgrandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Jean's memory be made to Gideon International or Pisgah Community Church.
