He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jewell; his children, Jimmy Shelton, Allen Shelton, Chris Jewell (Stephanie) and Rhonda Jewell; and his grandchildren, Zachery Shelton, Hunter Shelton, Jonah Shelton, Piper Jewel, Gracie Bond, Brittany Harris and Mica Baily.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the East Marietta Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at the Sumner's Chapel Cemetery.
