He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hafford and Zena Faye King Phillips. He is survived by: his children, William Clay Phillips (Christy) of Mooreville, Laurie Kaye Long (Mark) of Mantachie and Angela Phillips of Mooreville; his stepdaughter Susan Marie Lee of Jumpertown; and his sisters, Anita "Sissy" Goodgine of Booneville and Janice McBunch (Mike) of Booneville. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
