He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Horn (David); his sisters, Brenda Carr and Shirley Armstrong; his grandchildren, Drew Horn (Mallory), John David Horn and Emily Brown (Steven); and his great grandchildren, Dawson, Swayze, Mary Elizabeth, Teegan, Tyson and Kensley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
