He is survived by: his wife Carol; his sons, Chris Chism, Scott Chism (Lynsey) and Clay Chism; his granddaughter Katlyn Chaney (Richard); his daughter-in-law Averi Crawford Chism; his siblings, Sue Little (Joe), Betty Floyd (William), Jessie Chism (Rosemary), Mitch Chism (Tammy) and Bill Chism (Brenda); and his sisters-in-law, Pat Chism, Jan Chism, Teresa Chism and Judy Chism. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
