He is survived by: his children, Alexis Johnson (Derrick Faulkner) of Henderson, Jeremy Johnson (JoAnne) of Myrtle, MS and Cody Johnson of Booneville; his grandchildren, Shad, Levi, Ethan, Abigayle, Tyler, Haley, Addison, Aliyah and Ayla; and his great grandchild Paisley Grace.
