He is survived by: his wife Bettye Duncan Johnson of Booneville; his daughters, Jana Crittenden (Marcus) of Houston, MS and Ashley Johnson of Booneville; his brother Leonard Mark Johnson, Jr. of Booneville; his grandchildren, Alexa Stanley (Chance) of Marietta, Erika Dunahue of Houston, MS, Alaina Grace Smith of Booneville, Ethan Smith of Booneville and Kason Harper of Booneville; and his great grandchild Tommy Dale Stanley.
