He is survived by: his sister Dana Tennison (Jerry); and his caregivers, Johnny, Renae Bridges, Jonna Bridges, Jennifer Coggins, Zoe Simms, Amy Morris, Debbie and Keith Thornton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
