He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Lewis Storey (Tyler) of Tupelo; his brother Michael Paul Lewis of Booneville; and his parents, Gaylon Lewis and Mary Lewis of Booneville. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
