She is survived by: her children, Timothy Michael Cummings (Peggy) of Booneville, Tony Lamar Cummings (Melissa) of Booneville and Linda Kathryn Berryman (Billy) of Booneville; her siblings, Jerry Fugitt of Booneville, Johnnie Mae Hall and Jean Wyvonne Fugitt of Booneville; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Hicks (Sam), Leslie Barnes (Jason), Jordan Berryman (Dallas), Amber Elise Hargett, Michael Anthony Cummings (Leslie), Allie Fayth Caveness (Eddie) and Jonathan Cummings. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren and 5 great great granchildren.
