He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hue Tesseneer and Evie Hicks Tesseneer; his wife Peggy; his siblings, Cullen Tesseneer and Martha Lee Underwood; his stepchildren, Sammy Curtis, Lisa McCoy and Tammy Bain; his grandsons, Brandon Boone and Ali Keramy; and his son-in-law Brian Bain.
He is survived by: his daughter Laken Braudway (Jared Weber) of Corinth, MS; his stepchildren, Michael Curtis (Sereta) of New Albany, MS, Jodie Purvis (Brett) of Booneville, MS and Sherry Swindle of Booneville, MS; his brothers, Sidney Athurn (Willie-Dean) of Red Bay, AL, James Wilber Tesseneer of Midway, Howard Tesseneer (Carolyn) of Dennis, MS and Dwight Tesseneer (Patricia) of Dennis, MS; his grandchildren, Jace Weber Tesseneer, Brooke Weber Tesseneer and Lana Sheffield (Wardell); his great grandchildren, Cayden, Kylen and Kensley; and his brother-in-law Harold Underwood of Knoxville, TN.
