He is survived by: his wife Anita Joann Garcia; his stepdaughter Becky Gardner (Vic) of Booneville; his siblings, Jose H. Garcia of Lake Station, IN, Jerry Garcia (Wilma) of Port Charlotte, FL, Olga Mendez of Interlachen, FL, Angelica Martinez (Jose) of Gary, IN, Aida Martinez (Juan) of Port Charlotte, FL, Emily Sanchez (Hector) of Hartsville, SC, Rita Yolanda Hernandez of Port Charlotte, FL, Rosa Rodriguez (Juaquin) of Hobart, IN and Carmen Vega (Jesse) of Stella, NC; his stepgranddaughters, Alexa M. Smith and Breanna V. Gardner; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Marci J. Smith and Montavious Smith of Booneville; and his siblings-in-law, Lydia Garcia, Connie Garcia and George Padilla. He is also survived by aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
