He is survived by: his wife Alice Whitley of Booneville; his children, Jeremy Whitley of Booneville and Kelley Penney (Terry) of Booneville; his siblings, Davey Whitley (Jan) of Booneville and Kim Bingham of Booneville; and his grandchildren, Ava Brooke Carter and Ivy Quinn Penney. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
