He is survived by: his children, Robert England (Shannon) of Rienzi, Bobby Bishop of Glen and Shelly Kitchens (Chris) of Booneville; his siblings, Larry England (Wendy) of Booneville and Barbara Falkner of Booneville; and his grandchildren, Kevin Miles (Destiny), Kyle Miles, Allie Kitchens, Madison Owens, Alyssa England, Aubrey England and Ashlei England. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
