She was predeceased by: her parents, L. C. Ivey and Pearl Ivey; her husband Jimmy; and her daughter Andrea. She is survived by: her son Joe (Whitney); her siblings, Edward (Lacey), Doyle and Patricia (David); and her pet Dash.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McMillan Funeral Home (702 W College St, Booneville, MS 38829). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
