He was predeceased by: his mother Charlene Ward; and his siblings, Martha Ray Ward, Mary Faye Ward and Harold "Curly" Ward. He is survived by: his children, William Chance Ward and Alyssa Brooke Moore of Booneville; his parents-in-law, Randy and Vicki Hickox; and his pet Bruno. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be sent to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
