He is survived by: his wife Donnie Euvon Byrd; his children, Sharon Byrd and Stevie Byrd (Beth); his grandchildren, Laura Finch (Andrew), Michael Byrd (Charity) and Steven Byrd (Hanna); his great grandchildren, Carson Lash of Booneville, Joey Beth Finch of Booneville, Lydia of Booneville, Lincoln of Booneville, Henry of Booneville, Hattie Jane of Booneville, Smith of Booneville, Canaan of Booneville and Darsie Ruth Byrd of Booneville; his brother Muncie Gale Hayes (Margaret) of Tupelo; and his half-sisters, Bonnie Williamson and Nina Ann Barfield (James). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Booneville Chapel, Gaston Rd Email. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
