She was predeceased by: her parents, Elza "Cap" and Pearl Moreland; her husband Earl J. Willis; her siblings, Ecward Moreland and Johnnie Faye Sanders; and her siblings-in-law, Ova Smith, Robert Sanders and Joyce Moreland.
She is survived by: her nephews, Eddie Moreland (Tonya), Douglas Moreland (Katie), Ron Smith (Ann) and Don Smith.
