He was predeceased by: his parents, Daisy Ainsworth and Anselm "A. J." Ainsworth. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Holliday; his son Charles; his daughter-in-law Amy Ainsworth; and his pets, Oscar and Fred. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sonny's memory to the American Heart Association.
