We are sad to announce that on November 24, 2024, at the age of 85, Wilmer Adams of Bogue Chitto, Mississippi passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Wilmer Adams to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Adams; his siblings, Cecil Adams, Jerry Adams, Jake Adams, Linda Adams, Lynn Calcote and Kathy Guilliams; and his parents, Jesse "Jay Bird" Adams and Pearlie May Dunaway.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angie Cernich (Andrew Cernich) of Greensburg, LA, Patricia Howe (Robert "Bo Jack"), Leah Massengale (Brad Massengale) of Ovett, MS and Christie Jordan (Charles "Chuck" Jordan); his grandchildren, Heather Cernich, Donavan Howe (Stephanie Aultman), Dustin Adams (Nikki), Stacey Holden, Brittnie Nations (John), AJ Cernich and Will Jordan; and his siblings, Brenda Shaw, Bennie Adams and Danny Adams. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hartman Jones Funeral Home (1801 Delaware Ave, McComb, MS 39648). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
