He was predeceased by: his grandfather Samuel W.; and his cousin Arabella Marie Thomas. He is survived by: his grandparents, Barbara Smith, Diana and Steve Hahn; his aunt Anna Thomas (George); his uncle Samuel Smith, Jr.; and his cousins, Matthew Thomas, Drew Cutrer, Clay Cutrer, Steff Thomas and Rachael Thomas. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
