He is survived by: his son Terry Lance Smith (Michelle); his sister Brenda Prather (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Jonathan Edward, Logan, Kristy, Jerry (Bubba) and Kaylee; his great grandchild Alexandria; and his grandchildren, Emily, Skylar, Connor, Karter, Olivia, Christian, Natalie and Tay. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
