She is survived by: her children, Tracy Moak (Larry Strickland), Mike Moak (Lisa) and Chad Moak (Aileen); her grandchildren, Colbey Moak, Kayla Moak, Chanie Fagan and Saylor Moak; her children, Will, Remi Kate, Rocky and Creed; and her cousin Maxine Porter. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
