He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Prather and Analo White Prather. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Prather; his sons, Bradley Prather Brandy (Sherry) and Billy "Peanut" Prather (Lyndsay); his siblings, Hugh V. Prather, David Prather and Lenora Rials; his grandchildren, Tay Prather, Skylar Prather, Emily Galindo, Christian Jones, Natalie Jones, Karter Prather and Conner Jones; his great grandchild Olivia Galindo; and his friend Gary Boutwell.
