He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Booksh, Sr. and Julia McCann; his daughter Alicia McIntyre; and his great grandchild Ethan Booksh. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Booksh; his sons, Michael Fletcher (Helen) of Joseph Booksh, III and James Booksh; and his stepchildren, Kristen Booksh and Ashley Dunkelberger (Chris). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren with many extended family and friends.
