He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Edward Brand and Audrey Mae Ball Brand. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Brand; his adoptive daughter Gwendolyn "Wendy" Spitchley (Chris Spitchley) of Bogue Chitto; his grandchildren, Daphne Parker (Alex Rivero), James Michael Parker and Christina Stillman (MJ Stillman); and his great grandchildren, Gabriel Jackson, Kayne Parker, Cooper and Maya Stillman.
Due to the Covid threat, friends and relatives who attend the services are asked to wear masks.
