She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Zerangue and Edith Zerangue; her husband Dalane Barron of Maryland; her son Matt Wade Barron; her sister Dot Herman; and her daughter-in-law Marriah Bales Barron.

She is survived by: her sons, Adam Barron (Dawn), Lane Barron (Becky), Chad Barron, Brad Barron and Luke Barron; and her siblings, Donald Zerangue, Frank Zerangue Jr., Kirk Zerangue and Nellie Robert. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
