She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Owens and Maggie Lowe Owens; her husband Thomas I. Smith, Jr.; her son-in-law Dean Foster; her grandson Erin Thomas McNeel; her daughter Skylar Mae McNeel; and her siblings, Carvin Owens, Artis Owens, Preston Owens and Hildred Stroud.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara McNeel (Ron), Linda Foster and Annette Rials (Dwayne); and her grandchildren, Jared McNeel (Lindsey), Peyton Rials and Ashton Rials. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
