She was predeceased by: her parents, Matt Temple and Mattie Matthews Temple; her husband J. C. Burns; her children, Jimmy Burns and Billie Lynn Reeves; her sons-in-law, Rollin Copelan and Terry Pierson; and her great grandchild Miley Copelan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Copelan, Glenda Bessonette (Jackie) and Penny Pierson; and her son-in-law Mickey Reeves. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
