He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Emerson and Veda Grace Moak; his wife Bonnie Lou Kennedy Moak; his daughter Melissa Dawn Moak; his siblings, Sarah Ether Adams, Etta Fay Anderson and Claude Moak; and his brother-in-law Jerry Dunaway.
He is survived by: his siblings, Carroll Moak and Winnie Nell Dunaway; and his sister-in-law Darlene Moak. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
