She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Bert Sr. and Josephine Parsons Sasser; her sister Kay Sasser Vinson; her nephew John Vinson; and her great-niece Anna Jo Sasser.

She is survived by: her brother Bert Sasser (Malissia); her nephews, Barry Vinson, Jonathan Sasser and Benjamin Sasser; and her niece JoAnn Vinson.
