He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Emerson Moak and Veda Grace Moak; and his siblings, Curtis Edward Moak, Claude Everett Moak, Sarah Ether Adams and Etta Fay Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Ann Adams Moak; his children, Debbie Roberts (Clay) and Stacy Simmons (Ray); his siblings, Carroll Moak (Dorothy), Calvin Moak (Bernita), Charles Moak (Cynthia), Gene Moak, Ellis Moak (Lyndia) and Winnie Nell Dunaway; his grandchildren, Brock Roberts (Heather), Reid Simmons, Haley King (Jonathan) and Morgan McKee (Ty); his great grandchildren, Bella McKee, Jagger McKee, Fletcher McKee, Annlyn King, Kynnedi King, Briggs King, Logan Roberts, Eliza Roberts, Maeleigh Roberts and Nash Roberts; and his siblings-in-law, Sue Leggett (Randy), Darlene Moak, Jody Adams and Jerry Adams. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
