He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Allen and Winnie Allen. He is survived by: his wife Connie White Allen; his daughters, Alecia Todd (Jeffery) and Stephanie Surface (Eric); his brother Mike Allen (Agnes); and his grandchildren, Austin Surface, Hannah Kirtfield Murphy (Austin), Searra Surface Rutledge (Austin), Devon Kirtfield (Carly), Kali Surface, Ginny Rutledge, Magnolia Rutledge, Hagen Kirtfield, Hyde Kirtfield, Vivian Murphy and Preslie Surface. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
