It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty L. Vaughn (Bogue Chitto, Mississippi), born in Clay City, Illinois, who passed away on January 25, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Long and Viola Fulk Bailey; and her sisters, Dona Gaye Roberts and Patricia Ann Hill. She is survived by: her children, Gary Vaughn (Carolyn) of Corpus Christi, TX and Lisa Vaughn Reid (Richard) of Bogue Chitto, MS; her great great grandchild Sue Rippy; and her grandsons, Brad Vaughn, Andy Vaughn, Justin Wallace, Cody Wallace, Keith Havelka and Will Dowling. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Mrs. Vaughn's name to Montgomery Baptist Church Building Fund.
