He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Hart and Edith Rose Cannon Hart; his daughter Regina Lynn; his granddaughter Hannah Hart Smith; his great grandchildren, John Conner Rhinewalt and Emory Rose Smith; and his son-in-law Donald Earl Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Wyonzie S. Hart; his children, Brett Hart (Vicki) and Debbie H. Smith; his sisters, Syble H. Lang, Christine H. Smith, Janis H. Landrum and Frances H. Davis; his grandchildren, Heather H. Rhinewalt (Malcolm) and Rodney Sawyer Smith; and his great grandchildren, J. B., Landree, Tommy, Georgia Rae, Jerry and Charlene Ryman.
