He was predeceased by: his parents, C. C. Pannell and Juanita Vanlandingham Pannell; and his grandmother Maude Vanlandingham. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Pannell of Blue Springs; his children, Sandy Landreth (Linwood) of Tupelo, Chris Pannell (Kim) of Ocean Springs, Heather Palmer (Trevor) of Saltillo and Amanda Robinson (Mike) of Saltillo; his grandchildren, Larkin Landreth, Jennifer Duke (David), Caitlyn Pannell, Christian Pannell, Gracelyn Pannell, Kyle Palmer, Will Palmer (Kasey), Meg Zuniga (Edgar), Worth Robinson, Harley Robinson, Lilly Robinson and Jasper Robinson; and his sister Lisa Lofton (Jim) of Madison. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
