She was predeceased by: her father Eugene Vaughn; and her husband Tony W. Smith. She is survived by: her son Andy Brooks (Christie) of Blue Springs; and her grandchildren, Andrew Grayson Brooks, James Deacon Brooks and Ella Francis Brooks.
