He was predeceased by: his father Jimmie Lewis Phillips; and his brother Jimmy Gregory Phillips. He is survived by: his mother Maydeen Phillips; his wife Pam Phillips (Pritchett); his daughters, Ashley Fortner (Shane) and Lorrie Harrell (Hannah); his sister Tammie Hudgins (Kerry); his sister-in-law Shirley Phillips; and his aunt Bobbie Ruth McBride. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Pegues Funeral Directors - Tupelo (535 W Jefferson St, Tupelo, MS 38804).
