He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoyt Dobbs and Eloise Dobbs; his wife Julie Ann Dobbs; his granddaughter Emily Faith Palmer; his great grandchild Camerica Renae Palmer; and his friend Brenda Adams.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Mark Dobbs (Stephanie), Michael Lamar Dobbs, Michelle Dobbs and Mary Ann Dobbs; and his brothers, Kenneth Dobbs, Lynn Dobbs, Darrel Dobbs, Rickey Dobbs, Ronald Dobbs and Michael Dobbs. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
