He is survived by: his wife Dee Randles Nix of Blue Springs; his children, Jennifer Nix of Jackson, Jessica Nix of Ingomar, Brooklyn Goodwin of Blue Springs and Airen Goodwin of Ecru; his siblings, Barbara Mason and Charles Junior Raines; and his grandchildren, James, Kyle and Bailee Dean. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
