She is survived by: her daughters, Mesha Ashby (James) of Belden, Jackie Polk (Randy) of Saltillo, Pearl Hadley of Blue Springs and Talveda Whitley (Cedric) of Blue Springs; her brothers, Ike Buchanan (Mary) of Waterloo, James Buchanan (Doris) of Aberdeen, Tommie Buchanan (Shelia) of Tupelo and Willie Buchanan (Ethel) of Hamilton, AL.; and her close friends, Carolyn Houston-Edgeston, Susie Mae Foster and Rebecca Berry.
